If a product shown is mistakenly listed with incorrect pricing or information, we may contact you to confirm the updated details or cancel the order with a full refund.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway partners.

Your order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation communication from us.

Order acceptance and cancellation

• We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order due to limited stock, incorrect pricing, payment issues or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If your order is cancelled after payment, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
• You may request cancellation of your order before dispatch by contacting us; we will try to honour the request wherever operationally possible.

Use of products

Cricket equipment is performance gear and requires correct usage and care:

• Always follow the usage and care guidelines provided by us or the manufacturer.
• Improper use, neglect, exposure to extreme conditions or unauthorised modifications can impact performance and durability and may void any warranty or after-sales support.

Intellectual property

• All content on the Zelion Store, including text, images, graphics, logos and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Zelion Cricket Private Limited.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the store without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Zelion Cricket Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
